Welcome to Tim Soder Physical Fitness & Sports Performance

We would like to welcome you as a patient. Your initial visit will consist of a thorough examination to determine your condition and your needs. Additionally, you will be informed of the benefit your insurance plan provides for physical therapy and any financial responsibility that will be yours. You are encouraged to ask any questions you may have regarding your care. Our staff is here to work with you as a team to ensure that you will receive the best care possible. Attire

You will be advised by a patient coordinator of the attire you will need on your initial appointment. At some point during your time spent here for therapy, you will be going in to our gym facility. You are responsible to have proper attire (i.e., gym clothes, gym shoes). If you forget these items, we will either need to reschedule or adjust your treatment plan for that particular day.
