Semi-Private Sports Performance Training
Semi-Private training is an individualized program in a small group setting of 3-6 athletes. Each program is personalized towards an individual’s goals based off of a 1:1 initial assessment. To set up your assessment please contact us.
Personal Training (1:1)
Personal training is available for those looking for more individual attention inside of the gym. Personal training sessions are 60 minutes working 1:1 with one of our coaches. To set up your Personal Training sessions please contact us.
