Supervised Gym Program

This semi-private, monthly gym program includes an evaluation, supervised training 3 days per week and new workout programs with each session. Programs are customized for each individual.

Personal Training

  • 1 on 1 Training with a certified trainer. Program is designed for your specific goals and includes an initial evaluation.
  • 2 on 1 Training with a certified trainer. Program is designed for your specific goals and includes an initial evaluation.
  • Small Group Training is a fun-type of training with your friends. Three to five people to one trainer.
